Nate’s coaching is focused on helping individual contributors develop soft skills like communication, collaboration, emotional intelligence, adaptability, and giving presentations. 

With 10+ years experience in team lead and managerial roles in the digital space, Nate is interested in supporting individuals and teams to do their best each day. He enjoys working with leaders who use technology to make the world better for everyone; he is a natural connector, supporting people through networking and knowledge sharing.

Nate holds an MBA, enjoys the outdoors, and is a cyclist. “Sunshine and palm trees” is his mantra; he loves Michigan summers, but usually finds ways to get to warmer climates during the cold winter months.
