Scientist. Inventor. Intrapreneur at a large international company. Scout leader. Pastor. Father of four. Non-profit board member and consultant. Randy has worn many hats and understands the challenges and pressures of competing priorities and interests. He is passionate about helping others – whether business leaders, non-profit leaders, or university students – positively navigate the challenges of leading a prioritized life.
A fruitful, twenty-nine-year career at Procter & Gamble gave Randy amazing opportunities around the world leading upstream innovation, creating new products, and coaching large international teams. He faced early career decisions and challenges without the help of an outside coach and is determined to help others avoid the swirl of indecision, and sub-optimal outcomes that can result from trying to navigate life alone.
Randy has a BS degree in Chemistry with an emphasis in Forensics from Indiana State University and a PhD in Inorganic Chemistry from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. He is now a Pastor at Branches Church in Loveland, OH and consults with local non-profits and non-profit leaders. He has lived and worked in the US, Belgium, and China. Currently, Randy lives in Loveland, OH with his wife of over 30 years. Together they have four children, two grown and out of the home, one graduating high school this year and one just entering high school.
