Tom’s passion is to equip leaders who empower others. Becoming a leader worth following in every circle of influence and raising up leaders who have a life worth imitating are his goals. Tom served for over a decade in the pastorate, another 15 years coaching leaders, and over 5 years in business (finance, small business owner, and consulting).
Tom and his wife Sandi have three children and live in Pawleys Island, South Carolina. They co-wrote Marriage on Mission in 2015 and travel the country speaking at churches, camps, and conferences.
Tom enjoys classic rock, all things Mini-Cooper, writing, dark chocolate, walking the beach with Sandi and Rocky (their Boykin Spaniel) and college football (GO BLUE!).
