As we look towards 2022, we believe that God is inviting us to into two unique opportunities that will expand our impact and further our mission. This year we are entering into a partnership with Jesus.net to create a 21 day audio guide for workplace Christians. This partnership gives us the opportunity to share our life-changing content with thousands of new people, and it will open the door for even greater impact later this year. The second opportunity we have is our rising leader initiative. This year we are going to intentionally focus on building content and curriculum that allows young leaders to receive coaching, community, tools and frameworks that will help them find their purpose and advance the kingdom.

• Develop new relationships and grow our Five Capitals family.
• Deploy thousands of workplace Christians who will use our content to experience, “life to the full” at work.
• Deliver a high impact audio guide that will equip and encourage thousands of leaders around the world.
• Demonstrate kingdom impact through the development of Christian leaders.

• Develop key relationships with next-generation leaders around the world.
• Deploy young leaders who will have the coaching, community, and tools to discover their purpose, grow in self-awareness, and advance the kingdom through their work.
• Deliver new versions of our content that are customized for millennial and Gen-Z leaders.
• Demonstrate kingdom impact through the development of Christian leaders.
