A life long Christian, Ben graduated from Spring Arbor University with a degree in Integrated Ministries.  With a passion for leadership development, systems building, and people, Ben built Youth and Worship Ministries to be effectively volunteer operated by high capacity leaders running systems that work. 

Ben cut his business teeth in the world of real estate quickly becoming a top selling agent and team lead of one of the top teams in his local market.  While growing his real estate team Ben also discovered his true passion, developing people.  Using tools like the enneagram, working genius and goal setting specifically through a coaching style relationship with his sales and support staff. 

Ben is passionate about guiding people to create the life and business they have always wanted.

Consequently, it was an easy shift for Ben to move into the professional coaching world.  

Ben coaches service oriented business owners and team leads to build businesses and teams which exist in world class cultures by design and produce at exceptionally high levels as they innovate and grind together.
