Drew’s passion is helping leaders unleash their potential to live out their God-given wiring and purpose.  He is a husband and father of four, Missional Leader, entrepreneur, business executive, former overseas missionary, adventurer, Ironman triathlete, and musician.

Drew started his career on the front lines building a new business diversification from the ground up.  As the business grew he served in various executive roles during his 20 years within the parent company, Wildman Business Group.  He along with 3 other partners purchased the company in 2013 and have scaled it to a multi-locational enterprise with 6 locations and 450 team members and are on track for continued exponential growth and regional expansion. 

Their purpose is to use the business as a vessel to positively change the lives of their team members and partners while generating purposeful profit to give towards life giving initiatives within the company, community, and around the world.  Experiencing the impact of doing business this way ignited the desire within Drew to help coach other business leaders to steward their business to make a difference in the world and bring personal fulfillment and purpose to the leaders.

There is a unique twist to Drew’s story.  At about the 10 year point in growing the business God called him out of the market place into full time ministry and he along with his wife and 4 kids moved to the jungles of Papua New Guinea to serve with Ethnos360.  After 3 years overseas Drew came back to his family business with a new call to live out missions through business.

Over the last 10 years he has also served on multiple non-profit boards.  With a love for coffee and music he co-founded Generous Coffee Co. in 2018, and in 2021 opened a recording studio in his hometown of Warsaw, IN.
