Wolfgang comes to Five Capitals with over 35 years of Corporate experience in Manufacturing/Engineering and Human Resources, with P&G and Duracell (a Berkshire Hathaway Company). His passion is in coaching and developing future leaders and in helping leadership teams be more effective. He is a certified MBTI/Type Coach and Enneagram practitioner and facilitator. 

Wolfgang enjoys cooking at home and at the homeless shelter, volunteering at Church, reading, traveling and pairing good wines with great meals. He holds a Culinary Arts Certificate and is a WSET Level 1 Sommelier with the Napa Valley School of Wines. Wolfgang and his wife Agnes reside in Boca Raton, FL, they have a daughter and a granddaughter.

After his retirement from Corporate America in late 2024, Wolfgang is focusing full time on coaching emerging executives and business leadership teams. He is fully bilingual in Spanish and English and has a strong track record of coaching leaders in both North America and Latin America.
