Having consulted with hundreds of companies, Philip has seen both thriving and struggling cultures up close, and he leverages those insights to help leaders increase self-awareness and create workplaces where people flourish.
Philip Fontaine is a Charlotte, North Carolina native and certified coach through Five Capitals. A graduate of the University of Alabama with degrees in Economics and Finance, he brings over six years of experience in sales, including five years in executive recruiting. In that role, he partners with leaders across all levels, from middle managers to the C-suite, giving him firsthand insight into intercompany dynamics, organizational culture, and the challenges leaders face today.
Aside from Executive Recruiting and Coaching, Philip serves as the Service Committee Leader at TalentBridge, is an involved member of Christian Business Men’s Connection (CBMC), and, alongside his wife, leads a God-centered marriage course through their church. He treasures his role as a husband and father, approaching family life with the same intentionality and care he brings to his coaching and leadership. An avid reader, some of his favorite books include Wild at Heart by John Eldredge, Living Fearless by Jamie Winship, and How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie.
