David has a bachelor’s degree from North Carolina State University. He has served as an executive in three industries; building materials, healthcare, and packaging. Primary areas of focus have been manufacturing plant operations, business transformation, strategy deployment and continuous improvement. His career has taken him around the world with his latest role spanning 108 sites across 26 countries.
Fifteen years in corporate America has given David amazing opportunities as he worked his way up to the executive level. But he also saw brokenness, work without purpose, burnout, lack of focus, strained marriages, and absentee parents.
When David discovered coaching, it helped him become a better leader, husband, and father. David also discovered a deeper meaning of leadership, helping others thrive in their whole life, personally and professionally.
