James is the President and Founder of Cornerstone Cohorts. He is a founding member of Kingdom Factor and previously, the President of Truth at Work, Alabama. James is also a Co-Founder of Coaching Alliance of Birmingham and Founder/Executive Director of Coaching Alliance Ministry. These organizations exists and work together to provide a host of services and peer groups to assist business owners in connecting their faith and business endeavors to Kingdom purpose in the marketplace.

James has always had a passion to live out his faith in this manner. He leads others by example and provides tools to help other business owners develop their leadership skills while integrating their faith in their businesses to impact their employees and the community they serve. James also created the Coaching Alliance Ministry, which is the nonprofit arm of Coaching Alliance of Birmingham. He created this nonprofit to accelerate growth for new and/or small businesses by providing teams with a proven blueprint for success, support in strategic areas, and access to an inclusive and supportive community. James’ coaching focus is on leadership and executive coaching, as well as life coaching. His extensive business background and nonprofit work provide him with relevant insights and the intuition necessary to coach executive leadership, sales, and personal goals. His unique background will assist any company or executive, in transition, to navigate the often difficult and complex circumstances with clarity and skill.
