After a successful 30+ year career in insurtech/enterprise software sales leadership, Joanna decided to pursue coaching full time in order to share her passion for helping people maximize their strengths and minimize their weaknesses. Her areas of emphasis are Strategic Account Management, organizational development and leadership.

Based on the core understanding that transformation starts by knowing ourselves so we can know others, Joanna works with people and organizations to grow in self-awareness and other awareness in order to achieve their own vast potential. This transformation impacts employees, customers and leaders alike.

Joanna has a Master’s degree in Communication from Florida State University and is a licensed insurance agent in the State of Michigan. She and her husband, Craig, live in Michigan in the summer and Pawleys Island, SC in the winter. They have two grown daughters and a very spoiled Goldendoodle named Rizzo.
