Philip Fontaine is a Five Capitals certified executive coach with over five years of executive recruiting experience, partnering with 200+ organizations and their leaders from middle management to the C-suite. This background gives him unique insight into inter-company dynamics, organizational culture, leadership challenges, and what makes top talent stay – or leave.
During his corporate career, Philip served as the Service Committee Leader for the headquarters and coordinated community engagement efforts across office nationwide, driving accountability and building a culture of service. He’s actively involved in CBMC (Christian Business Men’s Connection) and, alongside his wife, leads the Marriage ministry curriculum at their church.
Philip earned degrees in Economics and Finance from the University of Alabama. A Charlotte, NC native, he resides there with his family and approaches his roles as husband and father with the same intentionality he brings to coaching. Favorite books include Wild at Heart by John Eldredge, Living Fearless by Jamie Winship, and How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie.
