After serving as a Financial Leader and sitting at the leadership table for small to midsize privately held family businesses for over 25 years, Ray decided to be an Outsourced CFO where he could use his experience and knowledge to help far more privately held companies and non-profit organizations.
Leadership is key to the success of any company and the individual. We have never arrived but always learning and improving our leadership capabilities. With that, Ray has as a desire to pass along his years of experience and wisdom he has gained in serving and continues to serve in the leadership positions he has held. Ray has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and then went on to work with Arthur Anderson &Co. where he obtained his CPA in the State of Ohio (Expired). He and his wife Darlene reside in Cincinnati, and has 4 children and 4 grandchildren. He enjoys running, hiking, golf, boating, skiing and motorcycle riding. Pretty much anything outside and adventurous. Ray has a passion and desire to make a lasting impact in developing leaders as a Five Capitals Certified Coach.
