Wilson has a successful track record in the hospitality industry, owning and operating the first Chick-fil-A franchise in Canada. With management of over 80 diverse staff, Wilson brings a wealth of experience in forming great teams and creating organizational culture.

Wilson served in Chick-fil-A’s premiere leadership development program, traveling across the country to help launch new stores. Wilson brings his clients value in the areas of recruiting, event management, and building a healthy culture. He holds a B.Ed from the University of Georgia.
